Reject the proposed stadium deal

Since the non-binding term sheet for a new $2.1 billion football stadium was approved by the Council on December 20, 2022, we have all been waiting for the full, final documents to be submitted to the Council. That hasn’t happened yet.

I’ve been meaning for some time to collect my thoughts about the project in one place before we all dive into the final documents in March or April. When I started to pull it together, it was a lot…so I put it in a memo form here.
